Ski & Snowboard Goggles — OEM, Private Label & Wholesale

WORLUX SPORTS supplies ski and snowboard goggles from Xiamen, China, tested to EN ISO 18527-1:2022 (Intertek report SZHH01838158). Six models built around double-layer anti-fog lenses and UV400 protection — from a double-layer workhorse to a flip-up magnetic model with an electroplated lens. MOQ from 100 pcs per colour with your logo; private label and OEM/ODM from 300 pcs. Smaller runs are possible when the factory has capacity — confirm before planning around it.

Ski and snowboard goggle models

This is the whole snow range, not a selection from it. Every model uses a double-layer lens with an anti-fog treatment, UV400 protection and a flexible TPU frame, and every one is available for private label. What changes between them is the lens geometry, how the lens is held, whether the goggle is built to be worn over prescription glasses, and how many colourways the factory runs.

If you are buying for a first season, the practical question is not which model is best but which one matches the shelf you are trying to fill. The notes below are the four differences that actually decide it.

How to narrow the range down to one

Lens geometry: spherical or cylindrical

A cylindrical lens curves on one axis and a spherical lens curves on two. Spherical lenses are the more common choice at the upper end of a range because the curve follows the face more closely; cylindrical lenses are simpler to produce and usually sit at a lower price point. Several models here are spherical and at least one is cylindrical, so check the individual model page before you build a range story around geometry.

How the lens is held: snap-in, magnetic, or flip-up

Snap-in lenses are changed by hand at the start of a run. Magnetic systems let a rider or a shop swap a lens in seconds without taking the goggles off a helmet, which is the feature that sells a two-lens bundle. A flip-up magnetic lens goes further: the lens lifts clear of the face without being removed, which is what buyers serving lift operators, instructors and anyone who needs to defog or read a phone on the mountain ask for.

OTG: wearing the goggles over prescription glasses

Over-the-glasses (OTG) geometry is the single most requested feature from buyers serving older or prescription-wearing customers. Not every model in the range has it, so treat it as a filter rather than an assumption — and if OTG matters to your market, say so in the enquiry so it is confirmed against the sample rather than inferred from a photograph.

Colourway count and how the range is merchandised

Colourway counts across the range are not the same, and a model with a fixed lens tint across every colourway is easier to merchandise than one that varies: one transmission figure means one set of shelf talkers and one staff briefing. Where a model runs a single tint across all its colours, we say so on the model page.

What is common across the range

  • Double-layer lens construction with an anti-fog treatment
  • UV400 protection
  • Flexible TPU frame that keeps its properties at low temperature
  • Face foam and an adjustable strap with a silicone grip backing
  • Private label: logo on lens, strap or packaging
  • OEM/ODM from 300 pieces, with colour matching to a Pantone reference

OEM, private label and packaging

Logo and packaging are the two levers that turn a stock goggle into your product. Logo work starts lower than full ODM — on the models where it is quoted, laser marking on the lens or temples, cold foil, silk screen and print are all available — while OEM/ODM starts at 300 pieces and covers colour sampling, lens coating, packaging and tooling.

Custom packaging is quoted with the order rather than listed on this page, because the sensible answer depends on the box, the insert and the labelling your market needs. FBA labelling and gift-box builds are handled in the same quotation.

Compliance documents

Compliance documents are supplied with the quotation for the applicable model and configuration. Coverage depends on the lens, colourway and destination market; the matching document is confirmed before your order.

If you need documentation to support a listing in a specific market, tell us the market and the exact configuration — colourway, lens and coating — and we will send the papers that relate to it, or say plainly that we do not hold them. That answer arrives with the quotation, not after it.

Planning a season

Lead time and minimums differ between ready stock and a custom build, and they differ slightly by model. Send the model or models you are considering, the colour plan in priority order, the market the goods are bound for, and whether you need logo, packaging or both — and you will get the configuration, the minimum and the lead time for each in one reply.

Testing

Tested to EN ISO 18527-1:2022

Our ski and snowboard goggles have been tested to EN ISO 18527-1:2022 — the European standard for downhill skiing and snowboarding goggles. Intertek test report no. SZHH01838158, six pairs, pass result. Clause 4.1 (physiological compatibility) was outside the test scope and is not claimed. The full report is issued to the manufacturing partner that produces these models and is supplied with your quotation on request.
