HX032 Double-Layer Ski Goggles with Spherical Lens

A spherical double-layer goggle with a TPU frame, three-layer face foam and six colourways. A straightforward model for buyers who want clean construction and a clear specification sheet.

WORLUX SPORTS supplies the HX032 double-layer ski goggles with spherical lens from Xiamen, China — a TPU frame stocked in 6 colourways, at MOQ from 100 pcs per colour with your logo and 40–45 day production.

WORLUX HX032, graffiti print colourway. Unit weight 105 g on the model’s factory parameter chart.

A simple, well-built goggle for volume programmes

The HX032 is a spherical, double-layer ski goggle with a TPU frame and three-layer face foam. It is designed for brands, retailers, distributors and importers who want a no-nonsense model that photographs well, packs efficiently and does not require a long technical story at the point of sale. Six colourways are available in the standard range.

We describe the HX032 conservatively and we will say so plainly: this model’s detail chart carries a qualitative UV statement rather than a UV400 marking, and it does not carry a marked prescription-wear claim. Both points are handled below rather than glossed over, because a specification sheet that overstates a specification is a liability for the buyer who has to defend it in a listing.

At a glance

  • Spherical PC lens, double-layer construction
  • TPU frame
  • Three-layer face foam
  • UV protection (qualitative statement — no UV400 marking on the chart)
  • Lens height 90 mm, total length 165 mm
  • Six colourways

Lens construction: polycarbonate, double layer, spherical

The lens is polycarbonate, formed as a spherical curve rather than a single-axis cylinder. The spherical form is stated on the model’s own detail chart, so it is safe to put on a specification sheet. We do not publish a field-of-view figure for the HX032, and no comparative optical claims are made for it.

The lens is built in two layers with an air gap between them. That gap is the reason a double-layer goggle is the standard answer to inner-lens condensation in snow use: it slows the movement of heat and moisture from the face to the cold outer surface. The double-layer build is the one feature present on this model, and it is the correct headline for the HX032 rather than a decorative coating.

What the HX032 detail chart does and does not state

The chart describes the lens as filtering ultraviolet light — an anti-UV statement — but it does not carry a UV400 marking. We therefore write “UV protection” for the HX032 and quote no UV grade, no transmission figure and no lens category. If a UV grade is a firm requirement for your market, the HX032 should be treated as a model to verify rather than assume: ask for the lens test report and we will confirm what the current lens package achieves.

The chart also does not mark prescription wear for this model, so we have not listed it. We have not confirmed over-glasses compatibility for this model. If over-glasses wear matters to your market, raise it at enquiry stage and it will be checked against the production sample before anything is printed on a box.

No UV grade is published for the HX032. The model is described as offering UV protection, without a UV400 marking, lens category or transmission figure on the detail chart. Ask for the test report for the exact lens and colourway you intend to order before you write a UV claim into your own listing.
Positioning note: Factory material for the HX032 is not consistent about the intended wearer group, so we publish no age or wearer-group positioning for this model. Confirm it with your order. Confirm the intended wearer group with your order.

Frame, foam and strap

The frame is TPU. That is the whole frame specification for this model, and we state it without qualifiers: the factory description names TPU, and no further frame detail is marked on the images, so nothing further is claimed here. TPU is a flexible thermoplastic polyurethane, which is the standard choice where a frame has to flex in cold conditions and still hold a seal against the face.

Face foam is a three-layer build, consistently shown across the HX032 detail images. Three layers are used to combine a soft contact surface against the skin with a denser sealing layer behind it. The strap is adjustable with an anti-slip backing.

The unit weight on the model’s factory parameter chart is 105 g. Strap length is not published for the HX032. If you need it for a listing or a freight calculation, ask and it will be confirmed from the current sample rather than estimated.

Six colourways

The standard range covers six colourways, combining light and sand-tone frames with a mix of mirror and tinted lenses. We deliberately do not publish the factory colourway names for this model: The factory colourway names are not published for this model; colourways are sold by reference number and physical sample. The colourways are therefore sold by reference number and physical sample.

If you are building a private-label range, order a physical colour card or a set of samples and work from those. Screens vary, and mirror finishes in particular shift considerably between a photograph and a lens held in daylight.

OEM/ODM and customisation

Logo and packaging customisation are available from 300 pieces. Custom packaging is available on request. Because the HX032’s visible differentiation is frame colour and lens finish, most private-label work on this model comes down to logo placement and the retail packaging — a hang tag, a printed sleeve or a branded bag — rather than deep tooling changes.

Send the artwork and the colour plan together. Quoting them separately tends to produce two sets of minimums and two lead times, which is rarely what a buyer wants.

Packing and carton configuration

Standard packing wraps each pair in tissue paper and packs it into a milk bag. Inner cartons take 10 pairs and outer cartons take 100 pairs, giving ten inner cartons to an outer. The inner carton measures 51 × 21 × 11 cm and the outer carton 54 × 45 × 59 cm. Lens cloths, pouches, EVA cases and colour boxes are not part of the standard HX032 packing description; if they are required, put them in the customisation brief so they are costed properly.

Compliance documents

Compliance documents: available on request — confirmed with your quotation.

No product certification is claimed on this page for the HX032, and no standard number is quoted. Buyers who need documentation for a specific market should specify the lens and colourway and request the papers that apply to that configuration.

Minimums, mixed batches and lead time

Ready-to-ship stock ships from low minimums and mixed batches are accepted. Logo and packaging customisation carry their own minimum, and lead time depends on the lens and coating package you specify. Send us your colour plan and we will confirm both in the quotation.

Before you specify the HX032

Two checks are worth making early. First, confirm the UV position with a test report if your market expects a stated grade, because this model is described qualitatively rather than with a UV400 marking. Second, confirm whether over-glasses wear is needed, because the HX032 chart does not mark it either way. Settling those two questions before artwork is approved avoids reprinting packaging later.

Stock build & options

What can ship as standard — and what you can change

Every quote starts from a defined stock build for this model. Options are added on top, and each one is confirmed in your quotation so there is no ambiguity about what arrives.

Stock buildSee the specification table above for this model. Anything not listed there is confirmed in your quotation.
Stock colourwaysQuoted from the current stock range for this series. See the colourways in the series catalogue, or ask us for the stock colour chart.

Optional extras — not fitted unless your quotation says so

Frame colourCustom colour to your reference or Pantone — an ODM colourway, 300 pcs per colour.
Lens colourTinted or mirrored to your specification; measured transmission is confirmed per colourway.
Lens features (optional)Everything in this row is an option we can add to a production run — it is not part of the stock build of the model on this page unless your quotation lists it. Where a feature is already standard on this model, the line below means a further treatment rather than the standard build.

AR coating (anti-reflective, inner face)  ·  additional scratch-resistant coating  ·  polarised lens  ·  salt-water resistant  ·  oleophobic (anti-oil, anti-fingerprint)  ·  enhanced anti-fog treatment.
Frame materialBio-based frame options are available on some models — ask us for the model you are considering.
Branding and packagingLogo on frame, lens or strap by laser marking, silk-screen printing, hot stamping or pad printing; pouch, box, hangtag and private-label artwork.
If you specify any of the following, how they affect your order. Lens features such as AR coating, scratch resistance, polarisation, salt-water resistance, oleophobic and enhanced anti-fog are applied per piece. They do not change the minimum order quantity, but they do affect the unit price. Custom frame and lens colours are a separate matter: those are ODM colourways and carry the 300 pcs per colour minimum. Availability and lead time vary by model and lens platform, so every option is confirmed in the quotation before you commit.

Looking for a model not listed here? Send us the reference — our stock range covers more models than we have photographed, and we will confirm availability, colours and price the same working day.
