Ski & Snowboard

HX033 Magnetic Quick-Change Ski Goggles with RX Insert Slot (Insert Not Included)

A large spherical double-layer goggle with a magnetic quick-change lens, REVO vacuum coating and a built-in slot for a prescription insert. PC and TPU frame, six colourways, shown in cross-section.

WORLUX SPORTS supplies the HX033 magnetic quick-change ski goggles with rx insert slot (insert not included) from Xiamen, China — a TPU frame stocked in 6 colourways, at MOQ from 100 pcs per colour with your logo and 40–45 day production.

WORLUX HX033, orange-red mirror colourway. Unit weight 186.6 g on the model’s factory parameter chart.

The quick-change model in the range

The HX033 is built around a magnetic quick-change lens. The frame is a PC and TPU combination, the lens is a large spherical double-layer unit with a REVO vacuum coating, and the frame carries a built-in slot for a prescription insert. Six colourways are available, referenced A1 to A6.

Quick-change is a genuine retail argument in snow sports: a customer who can swap a lens on the lift does not have to buy a second goggle, and, where a spare lens can be supplied, a retailer can sell it as an add-on — ask us whether a spare lens is available for the HX033. The HX033 is aimed at brands, retailers, distributors and importers who want that story in the middle of their range without moving to a full custom tooling programme.

At a glance

  • Large spherical PC lens, double-layer construction
  • Magnetic quick-change lens system
  • REVO vacuum coating, anti-fog and anti-scratch
  • PC and TPU frame
  • Built-in slot for a prescription insert
  • Six colourways, referenced A1 to A6

Magnetic quick-change: what the cross-section shows

The magnetic system is shown in a sectional drawing in the HX033 detail material, which is why we describe it as a verified construction rather than a marketing feature. Magnets embedded in the frame and the lens rim hold the lens in register against the gasket, so the lens is seated by the magnetic pull rather than by a clip the wearer has to line up blind with gloves on.

We publish no magnet count and no holding-force figure for the HX033. Those numbers are not marked on the model’s own material, and quoting an unverified figure for a quick-change system would be the wrong kind of precision.

Lens: large spherical, double layer, REVO vacuum coating

The lens is polycarbonate in a large spherical form — a curve that bends on two axes rather than following a single cylinder. The double-layer build is the range’s core construction: two lens layers with an air gap between them, which slows the movement of heat and moisture from the face to the cold outer surface and is the accepted way to slow inner-lens condensation in snow use.

The outer surface carries a REVO vacuum coating. Vacuum coating is applied in a chamber rather than painted on, which gives an even mirror finish across the curve. The HX033 detail material also shows anti-fog and anti-scratch treatment on the lens. Those are the three surface claims we are prepared to make for this model, and they are all evidenced on the HX033 material itself.

No UV grade is published for the HX033. No UV grade is published for the HX033; ask for the test report for the lens tint you are buying. Ask for the lens test report covering the exact colourway you order before writing a UV claim into your own listing.

Frame: PC and TPU

The frame is a combination of PC and TPU. PC gives the frame its structural rigidity, and TPU gives it the flexible, cold-tolerant behaviour that a goggle needs at the seal and at the strap anchor points.

The model’s factory parameter chart gives 186.6 g per unit. Strap length is not published for the HX033 — it is not marked on this model’s material. If it is a listing or freight requirement, raise it with your enquiry and it will be confirmed against the current production sample.

The prescription insert slot

The HX033 frame includes a built-in slot for a prescription insert, and the model is described as wearable with a corrective insert in place. The slot is part of the frame; the insert itself is not shown anywhere in the product photography and forms no part of the standard description for this model. Nothing is included as standard on that count, and no RX inner frame is pictured.

If a prescription insert is central to your offer, treat it as a separate specification item and raise it with your enquiry so the fit, the material and the minimum are settled together with the goggle order. Buyers who assume an insert ships in the box will be disappointed, and buyers who plan it in advance can build it into the range properly.

Six colourways: A1 to A6

The standard range is six numbered colourways, A1 through A6. We sell them by reference number for a reason: with a mirror-coated lens, the frame colour and the coating interact, and a photograph never reproduces either accurately. Order a colour card or sample set before committing a season’s artwork.

Additional frames appear in factory photography for this model. They are not part of the A1 to A6 standard set, so we do not list them as colourways. If you want a colour outside the six, describe it and it will be checked as a customisation request rather than assumed to be in stock.

OEM/ODM and customisation

Light OEM/ODM work starts at 300 pieces, and custom packaging is available on request. Logo and packaging are the two named customisation levers. On a model like the HX033 there is usually a third question behind the first two: whether a second lens can be offered as an accessory. Raise it with the goggle order rather than afterwards, so packaging and minimums are planned around the full offer.

Packing and carton configuration

Standard packing wraps each pair in tissue paper and places it into a milk bag. Inner cartons hold 10 pairs, outer cartons hold 100 pairs, and there are ten inner cartons to an outer. Inner carton dimensions are 51 × 21 × 11 cm and outer carton dimensions are 54 × 45 × 59 cm. No lens cloth, pouch, EVA case or retail colour box is part of the standard HX033 packing description — those are customisation items and should be specified as such.

Compliance documents

Compliance documents: available on request — confirmed with your quotation.

No certification mark, standard number or approval claim is published for the HX033 on this page. Requests for documentation should name the colourway, the lens and the coating package so the paperwork matches the goods that will actually ship.

Minimums, mixed batches and lead time

Ready-to-ship stock ships from low minimums and mixed batches are accepted. Logo and packaging customisation carry their own minimum, and lead time depends on the lens and coating package you specify. Send us your colour plan and we will confirm both in the quotation.

What to send with your enquiry

Send the colourways you want from A1 to A6 in priority order, whether you need the prescription insert specified alongside the goggle, your logo files, and the packaging format you have in mind. Add the market the goods are bound for and the documentation it will require. With that, the configuration, the minimum and the lead time can be confirmed in a single reply.

Specifying the HX033?

Tell us your colourways, whether a prescription insert is part of the offer, and how you want the pairs packed. We will confirm configuration, minimum and lead time together.

Stock build & options

What can ship as standard — and what you can change

Every quote starts from a defined stock build for this model. Options are added on top, and each one is confirmed in your quotation so there is no ambiguity about what arrives.

Stock buildSee the specification table above for this model. Anything not listed there is confirmed in your quotation.
Stock colourwaysQuoted from the current stock range for this series. See the colourways in the series catalogue, or ask us for the stock colour chart.

Optional extras — not fitted unless your quotation says so

Frame colourCustom colour to your reference or Pantone — an ODM colourway, 300 pcs per colour.
Lens colourTinted or mirrored to your specification; measured transmission is confirmed per colourway.
Lens features (optional)Everything in this row is an option we can add to a production run — it is not part of the stock build of the model on this page unless your quotation lists it. Where a feature is already standard on this model, the line below means a further treatment rather than the standard build.

AR coating (anti-reflective, inner face)  ·  additional scratch-resistant coating  ·  polarised lens  ·  salt-water resistant  ·  oleophobic (anti-oil, anti-fingerprint)  ·  enhanced anti-fog treatment.
Frame materialBio-based frame options are available on some models — ask us for the model you are considering.
Branding and packagingLogo on frame, lens or strap by laser marking, silk-screen printing, hot stamping or pad printing; pouch, box, hangtag and private-label artwork.
If you specify any of the following, how they affect your order. Lens features such as AR coating, scratch resistance, polarisation, salt-water resistance, oleophobic and enhanced anti-fog are applied per piece. They do not change the minimum order quantity, but they do affect the unit price. Custom frame and lens colours are a separate matter: those are ODM colourways and carry the 300 pcs per colour minimum. Availability and lead time vary by model and lens platform, so every option is confirmed in the quotation before you commit.
