Can I order two colours of the same custom model?

Yes — custom projects allow up to two colours, which is the usual way buyers launch a colour range without over-committing.

How long does custom sports eyewear production take?

Custom production is typically around 45 days after payment, artwork and sample approval. In-stock models ship from stock.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Stock samples are normally dispatched within 2 business days. Custom sample timing is confirmed with the quotation because it depends on the model and the changes involved.

What do samples cost?

Stock samples are US$30 for two pairs with courier included; each additional colourway is US$20. Samples carrying your own logo run at cost, because each colourway needs its own print setup. We will confirm the figure with the sample quotation.

Customization

Customization

What can be customized on a private label eyewear order?

Logo printing, private-label placement, frame colour, lens colour and function, nose-pad colour, and packaging (case, pouch, cloth, hangtag, retail box).

Can you match my Pantone colours?

Yes — send the Pantone codes and we confirm the closest achievable match on the frame, temples, nose pad and lens coating.

Can I use my own branded packaging?

Stock samples ship from 2 pcs, and unbranded stock wholesale starts at 10 pcs. Mixed batches are accepted. Can sports sunglasses be made for prescription (RX) wearers?

Several models accept an optical inner frame: KC01-01, KC01-02, KC02-03, KC06-13A, KC07-15K and KC08-16K from the cycling range, and KD02-02 with its groove system. Availability is confirmed per model.

Can you develop a new model from scratch?

Yes. Our manufacturing partners handle new tooling as well as modifications to existing frames — shape, structure, material and lens function. New-model development is quoted per project once we have the brief and a sketch or reference, and the tooling cost depends on the frame complexity.

Products & materials

Products & materials

Which lens materials can I choose?

Depending on the model: TAC, PC 1.8, PC polarized or nylon polarized. Each model page lists the options for that frame.

Are any frames floatable?

Floating material is available on the KA, KB and KM series only — useful for fishing and waterside use. Cycling and semi-rimless models cannot be made in floating material.

Which lens category should I choose for ski goggles?

Category 2 (18–43% transmission) suits general outdoor use; Category 3 (8–18%) suits strong sunlight, water and snow. Sunglasses are not suitable for driving in twilight or at night.

Do your sunglasses and goggles block UV?

UV400 performance is recorded in the laboratory test reports on file. Copies are available on request, and we confirm the applicable report for the lens you order.

Do you supply ski goggles?

Yes. Ski goggles are a separate range from our sunglasses, with stock models in fifteen platforms and seventy-three colourways. Magnetic quick-change and double-layer anti-fog lens systems are both available, and the range is tested to EN ISO 18527-1.

Compliance & quality

Compliance & quality

Which sports sunglasses models are CE certified?

We supply models covered by a CE Certificate of Conformity to EN ISO 12312-1:2022 under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, covering 15 models: KC04-09, KC04-11, KC05-12, KC06-13A, KC07-15A, KC07-15K, KC08-16K, JDS2004Y028, JDS2037Y037, JDS2152Y134, JDS2149Y131, JDS2156Y143, JDS2131Y160, KN15-22 and KN11-19. For other models we confirm the applicable documentation with your quotation.

Do you provide documentation for the US market?

Yes — impact-resistance testing under FDA 21 CFR 801.410 and a factory FDA establishment registration.

Do you test to ANSI and Australian standards?

Yes. Lens test reports cover ANSI Z80.3:2018 and AS/NZS 1067.1:2016 for both TAC and PC lens types.

What about EU packaging regulations?

Registrations are in place for Germany (packaging register DE4509174906955) and France (EPR, UIN FR393014_01SRCF), which matters for your own EPR reporting as an importer.

How do you control quality?

The specification is confirmed in writing before production, the sample is approved before the bulk run, and goods are inspected before packing. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) is welcome at buyer’s cost.

Shipping, payment & working together

Shipping, payment & working together

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice, so you always see them before any deposit is paid.

Which trade terms do you work on?

Terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Tell us your port or delivery address in the enquiry and we quote accordingly.

Which markets do you supply sports eyewear to?

Distributors, importers, retailers, sports brands and promotional buyers in Europe, North America and Australia/New Zealand. Business communication is in English.

Are Chinese sports eyewear suppliers factories or trading companies?

WORLUX is operated by Xiamen Moushi Commerce & Trade Co., Ltd. We supply factory-direct, working with authorised manufacturing partners in Xiamen for sunglasses and Guangzhou for ski goggles. We hold the customisation, documentation and follow-up side of the project, so you deal with one contact from brief to shipment. Our factory partners are open to visits — if you would like to see the line that would run your order, tell us and we can arrange it with about a week’s notice.

How quickly do you reply to sports eyewear enquiries?

We reply to enquiries with a clear brief as quickly as we can, normally within one business day. The more specific your brief, the faster the answer — see the checklist on the ordering terms page.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes. Our manufacturing partners in Xiamen and Guangzhou host buyer visits. We ask for about a week’s notice so the right people are on site, and we will help you plan the trip — including which models and processes to look at while you are there.

How is shipping calculated?

Air and courier shipments are charged on volumetric weight — length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 6000 — compared against the actual weight, whichever is greater. Sea freight is quoted per cubic metre. Freight is always listed separately from the goods, and we quote it on the actual carton dimensions of your order rather than an estimate.
