Commercial Terms
What Applies to Stock and Custom Orders

Payment and trade terms are agreed per order because they depend on the destination, the shipping method and the size of the project. They are always written into the proforma invoice before any deposit is paid.

Quotation
Stock samples ship from 2 pcs, and unbranded stock wholesale starts at 10 pcs. Mixed batches are accepted. Adding your logo to a stock colourway starts at 50 pcs per colour for sunglasses and 100 pcs per colour for ski goggles. A custom colour outside the stock range starts at 600 pcs total, with up to two colours per order (300 pcs per colour). Custom production runs around 40 days after payment, artwork and sample approval.
Sample
Stock sample in 2 business days, or a custom sample produced to your specification.
Production
Around 40 days for custom orders after payment, artwork and sample approval.

Pre-shipment inspection, packing confirmation, documents and shipping.

Try before you commit
Most buyers start with a sample. It lets you check the frame, the lens tint and the finish before any production commitment is made — and the cost comes straight back off your first bulk order.

How to request a sample: send your enquiry with the model number and the word “sample”, and we will confirm availability and dispatch times the same working day. Stock samples leave in 2 business days; samples with your logo are confirmed with the quotation.

- Lens function requirements (polarized, mirror, category, UV)
- Logo files (AI, PDF or EPS) and where the logo goes
- Packaging direction: case, pouch, cloth, hangtag, retail box
- Destination market and delivery address or port
- Target delivery date and any compliance documents your customer requires

Quality Commitment
What Happens If the Goods Do Not Match
Every order runs on a documented chain, and each stage needs your sign-off before the next one starts.

| 2. Pre-production sample | We make the sample to those confirmed specifications and send it to you for approval. |

| 4. If the bulk goods do not match the approved sample | We rework the goods or supply replacements. |
Nothing goes into production without your written confirmation, and nothing ships without a final check against the approved sample.
