HX055 Magnetic Quick-Change Ski Goggles with OTG Fit
A lens held by magnets so it can be swapped without taking the goggles off a helmet, an OTG cavity that fits over prescription glasses, and a double-layer polycarbonate lens with full REVO electroplating and UV400 protection.
WORLUX SPORTS supplies the HX055 magnetic quick-change ski goggles with otg fit from Xiamen, China — a polycarbonate frame at MOQ from 100 pcs per colour with your logo and 40–45 day production.

Where the HX055 sits in a winter programme
The HX055 is a magnetic quick-change snow goggle: one frame, several lenses, and a lens that comes away without the goggles leaving the helmet. It is aimed at brands, retailers, distributors and importers who want a two-lens story on the shelf — a bright-day lens and a flat-light lens in the same box — without asking the customer to wrestle with a snap-in frame in the cold.
The other half of the pitch is fit. The HX055 is built OTG, so it goes over a pair of prescription glasses, and the face foam is a triple-layer build. That combination is what buyers serving older or prescription-wearing customers ask for first, and it is the reason this model rather than a plainer one tends to end up as the flagship of a small snow range.

- Olive green and dusty pink stock strap colours
The magnetic quick-change lens
The lens is held by magnets rather than clipped or screwed in. In use that means a shop can demonstrate a lens change across a counter, and a rider can move from a bright-day tint to a flat-light tint at the top of a lift without taking a helmet off or removing gloves.
It also changes how a range is merchandised. Because the lens is the part that changes, a two-lens bundle is a natural line item rather than a special request, and the frame colour carries the brand while the lens carries the price step. We describe the mounting as magnetic because it is recorded that way on the model’s own factory parameter chart; cycle life and magnet retention are not figures we publish, so ask for a cycle test if the mechanism is central to your positioning.
OTG: wearing the HX055 over prescription glasses
OTG stands for over-the-glasses, and it is a question of internal cavity depth and foam geometry rather than an accessory. An OTG goggle leaves room for a spectacle frame in front of the face, so the glasses sit where they were meant to sit instead of being pressed against the brow.
For a buyer this is a segmentation decision. A range aimed at a younger freestyle customer may not need OTG at all; a range sold through opticians, or into markets with an older snow-sports demographic, usually cannot do without it. If OTG is doing work in your listing copy, say so in the enquiry and we will confirm it against the sample rather than leave it as a photograph and a claim.
Double-layer lens with REVO electroplating
Two lens layers sit with an air gap between them. That gap slows the transfer of heat and moisture from the face to the cold outer surface, which is the accepted way to slow condensation on the inner lens — and condensation is the failure mode that generates most goggle returns. The inner surface carries an anti-fog treatment, and the outer surface carries a full REVO electroplated coating with UV400 protection.
The lens geometry is cylindrical, as recorded on the model’s factory parameter chart. We state that as a construction fact rather than a performance score: no field-of-view figure is published for the HX055, so buy the geometry on the sample and on the price point it sits at, not on a number from this page.
Frame, foam and strap
The frame is flexible TPU, chosen because it keeps its properties at low temperature rather than stiffening in the cold. Against the face sits a triple-layer foam, and the strap is adjustable, woven, and backed with silicone grip so it stays put on a helmet shell.
Stock strap colours are olive green and dusty pink. Frame colour on a custom order is matched to a Pantone reference you supply, and strap colour is specified per order alongside the lens coating.

HX055 in the colourways we quote
The six stock colourways are shown in the gallery at the top of this page. Frame colours are matched to a Pantone reference; lens coatings and strap colours are specified per order.
OEM/ODM and customisation
Logo work and full ODM sit at different minimums. Logo customisation starts at 50 pieces per colour, with laser marking on the lens or the temples, cold foil, silk screen and print all available, and the logo can sit on the lens, the strap or temples, and the outer packaging. Full OEM/ODM starts at 300 pieces per colour, up to two colours per build, and covers colour sampling, lens coating, packaging and tooling.
Custom packaging is available on request. Describe the box, the insert and any labelling your market needs — FBA labelling included — and it is quoted as part of the same exercise as the logo artwork.
Minimums, mixed batches and lead time
Ready-to-ship stock moves from very low minimums and mixed batches are accepted, which is what makes a two-colour trial order possible before a season is committed. Lead time depends on whether you are buying stock or a custom build, and on the lens and coating package you specify. Send your colour plan and we will confirm both in the quotation.
Compliance documents
Compliance documents: available on request — confirmed with your quotation.
We do not print certification marks, standard numbers or approval claims on this page for the HX055. Where a buyer needs documentation to support a listing in a specific market, the correct route is to specify the colourway, the lens and the coating package, and ask for the papers that relate to that exact configuration.
What to send with your enquiry
Four things speed up a quotation on this model: the strap and frame colours you want, whether you need OTG confirmed for a prescription-wearing customer base, how many lens tints are in the bundle, and whether you want logo, packaging or both. Add the market the goods are going to and any documentation your listing stage will need.

Stock build & options
What can ship as standard — and what you can change
Every quote starts from a defined stock build for this model. Options are added on top, and each one is confirmed in your quotation so there is no ambiguity about what arrives.
| Stock build | See the specification table above for this model. Anything not listed there is confirmed in your quotation. |
|---|---|
| Stock colourways | Quoted from the current stock range for this series. See the colourways in the series catalogue, or ask us for the stock colour chart. |
Optional extras — not fitted unless your quotation says so
| Frame colour | Custom colour to your reference or Pantone — an ODM colourway, 300 pcs per colour. |
|---|---|
| Lens colour | Tinted or mirrored to your specification; measured transmission is confirmed per colourway. |
| Lens features (optional) | Everything in this row is an option we can add to a production run — it is not part of the stock build of the model on this page unless your quotation lists it. Where a feature is already standard on this model, the line below means a further treatment rather than the standard build. AR coating (anti-reflective, inner face) · additional scratch-resistant coating · polarised lens · salt-water resistant · oleophobic (anti-oil, anti-fingerprint) · enhanced anti-fog treatment. |
| Frame material | Bio-based frame options are available on some models — ask us for the model you are considering. |
| Branding and packaging | Logo on frame, lens or strap by laser marking, silk-screen printing, hot stamping or pad printing; pouch, box, hangtag and private-label artwork. |
