Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at service@worluxsports.com with your order number
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original condition
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by customer
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Sale items marked "non-returnable"
Exchange
We offer free exchanges for wrong item shipped or defective products. Contact us with photos of the defect for quick resolution.
