Shipping Policy

WORLUX Sports ships physical products to supported destinations shown at checkout. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and availability may vary by destination, product, order value, and logistics provider.

Free Shipping

We aim to offer free standard shipping where available. If a shipping cost applies to a specific destination or order, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be longer during busy periods, product restocking, order verification, or unexpected logistics delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

For many U.S. orders, estimated delivery is typically around 7-15 business days after shipment. Delivery to other countries may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, weather, holidays, address accuracy, or events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after a package is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International duties and taxes: Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges may be collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Contact us quickly if you notice an address error after placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us at service@worluxsports.com with your order number. We will help review tracking information and work with the logistics provider where possible.
