Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with WORLUX Sports. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at service@worluxsports.com and we will help review the issue.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and sent back with original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/98836709745/account or contact us at service@worluxsports.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Important for phone-number checkout: If you placed your order using only a mobile phone number and did not provide an email address, you may not be able to start a return through the customer account link above. Please use the order link in your SMS order confirmation, or contact us at service@worluxsports.com with your order number and phone number so we can help you.
After you notify us that you wish to withdraw, you must send the item back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the return is caused by our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item.
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery originally paid for the order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the extra delivery cost is not refundable. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that you have sent it back, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds for eligible EU withdrawal returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item, or earlier where required by applicable law.
You may inspect the product as you would in a store, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
How to Request a Return
Email service@worluxsports.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the reason for return, and photos if the issue involves damage, defect, wrong item, or missing accessories. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos and your order number. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may decline returns for items that are used, damaged by the customer, altered, incomplete, missing key accessories, or not suitable for resale for hygiene or safety reasons, unless the return is required by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items permitted by law, including customized or personalized products, sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery, final-sale items where legally allowed, and gift cards.
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error or a verified product defect, we will provide a suitable solution. For returns due to personal preference, wrong size chosen, change of mind, withdrawal from purchase, or incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local carrier charges collected by customs or delivery providers are not refundable by WORLUX Sports.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment.
