Refund Policy

At WORLUX Sports, we want you to feel confident when choosing sports eyewear for cycling, skiing, swimming, running, and outdoor use. If your order is not right, please contact us and we will help you review the issue as quickly as possible.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging with all accessories, cases, cloths, straps, manuals, and tags included.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at service@worluxsports.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos or a short video so we can review the case faster.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will help provide a suitable solution after reviewing the evidence. If the return is due to personal preference, wrong size selected, changed mind, or an order placed by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different model, color, or fit, please contact us first. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn during sport activity, modified, scratched, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging and accessories. Gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or personalized products are also not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.

International Orders

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for any return customs paperwork or import charges related to returned parcels.
